The Sensory Clinic welcomes constructive feedback as a way to make the clinic a better space for all participants.

If you have a complaint or any feedback you can

  • use our in-clinic feedback box, that is checked regularly by staff
  • send a letter to PO Box 615, Maitland NSW 2320

The Sensory Clinic also adheres to APRAH, NDIS, OT Australia, Medicare regulations. If you have contacted us and are still unsatisfied with our response you are advised to use one of these channels.
